We charge £9 for all deliveries under £200.

All orders are dispatched using a tracked service with DPD and should be with you in 1-2 days from ordering.

For guaranteed next day delivery with DPD, we charge £12 and orders need to be made before midday the previus day.

For European shipping:

• When spending £150+: free delivery
• For purchases under £150: £7
• DPD tracked delivery: £20

Standard delivery

Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and we will package and post your piece the same day, using the Royal Mail’s 2ndclass service – unless you need next-day delivery.

Next-day delivery

Order by midday Monday to Friday to choose our next working day delivery service. If you place your order on a Friday, it will arrive Monday.

European delivery

Royal Mail also take care of our European deliveries and their standard service means your order will be with you in 3-5 working days. If there is ever a problem with a delivery, we will always do everything we can to help – but unfortunately, as this service doesn’t offer tracking, we aren’t able to accept liability for missing parcels.

Alternatively, you can choose DPD to deliver your Imero order. This two-day service is available at checkout, and is available for £20.
